Adopt a pet on Tuesday: Mikayla, Chopper and Roger
It’s Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday in Michigan this morning!
This week we have Mikayla, Chopper and Roger – just three of Northern Michigan’s many great adoptable pets waiting for a loving family to bring them home.
First we have Mikayla.
She is a young servant with short hair who came to the rescue after wandering into a house of people unable to take care of her.
She is very shy and loves her little corner of the room.
With a little patience, she can love anyone, even other cats.
For more information about Mikayla, you can contact One Love Animal Rescue.
Next we have Chopper.
Chopper is a friendly mix of husky puppies.
He gets along well with other people and animals.
He would do best with a family that understands how active huskies are.
Chopper is definitely a model of his breed – happy, curious and exuberant.
For more information about Chopper or if you would like to adopt him, you can contact Halfway Home Animal Rescue.
Finally, we have Roger.
Roger is a young mixed breed dog.
He is an expert sniffer and likes to walk around and explore everything with his nose.
Making friends can take him a while, so it’s best if he goes to a home without other pets or children.
For more information, you can contact Cherryland Humane Society.
Tune in to Michigan This Morning every Tuesday and at 5:20 a.m. and 8:50 a.m. for more adorable Northern Michigan pets looking for families of their own!
